"CELTIC are pleased to announce that we are giving away a free ticket to supporters who are unemployed this Christmas for our next home match against Ross County on Saturday December 27.

The initiative reflects our commitment to stay true to the founding principles of the club by helping those less fortunate and remain a Club open to all.

In the past year we have been working on improving fan engagement and this offer has been developed on the back of proposals put forward through this process.

The gesture by the club follows the great work by the Celtic FC Foundation who have worked tirelessly to raise funds for their Annual Christmas Appeal which aids local families and charities at this special time of year.

We hope that by giving unemployed supporters the chance to attend Celtic Park for the match against Ross County will bring some Christmas cheer to fans who may not otherwise have been able to do so.

The offer is open to any fan who is currently not working. Fans wishing to claim their free ticket should visit the Ticket Office at Celtic Park with the relevant documentation, for example a JSA, ESA letter, for verification."
